If you ring Tilly Hire please have the following.

• Vehicle Reg. No.
• Vehicle Type.
• Your and the Hirer’s Name
• Location including Post Code
• Problem you are ringing about

Please do your daily check round whatever vehicle you are in.

• Lights: most vehicles have a bulb kit and screw drivers.
• Lenses, Tyres, Wipers, and Mirrors.
• Tail lift and Curtains if fitted.
• Please Check all Levels, Oil, Water, Ad Blue and Washers

Keep it topped up, there are fewer issues if it has plenty in. Please don’t let crystals into the tank.

Vehicle should Regen when vehicle travelling for ??? Miles for a period of 45 mins at ???? Revs.

If it does not pull over and attempt manual Regen. Call tilly.

Don’t forget if it does not Regen it will go into Limp Mode
